Refund policy

We really hope you and your doggo(s) love our products as much as we do, but if you're not satisfied then we will be happy to offer a return within 30 days of purchasing. 

  • To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition as you received them in
  • Warehouse sale items cannot be exchanged or returned - this is due to discontinued and mildly imperfect stock
  • For hygienic purposes, we can only accept returns of our Treats, Grooming Wipes and Poop Bags if unopened 

Once we have received the items back they will be processed for approval and then a refund will be issued within 7 working days. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (processing times may vary depending on your bank). Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund you any original shipping costs. 

On the rare occasion we receive an item back that is damaged, stained, torn, or otherwise not in the same general condition as received, we reserve the right to partially accept or reject a refund.
