EXCHANGES
Unfortunately exchanges are not currently available to shipping addresses outside of the UK. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order and return your original one.
RETURNS
We really hope you and your doggo love our products as much as we do, but if you're not satisfied then we will be happy to offer a return within 30 days of purchasing. Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days of us receiving back the parcel.
To arrange a return, please email us at help@wearewestley.com with your request and we will get back to you with our return address and further instructions.
Policy:
- Customers are responsible for return postage and UK import fees - if we are contacted to pay import fees, it will be deducted from your refund and we will let you know by email
- Please note original shipping charges and any import fees cannot be refunded
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Warehouse sale items and treat jars cannot be exchanged or returned
- For hygienic purposes, we can only accept returns of our Grooming Wipes and Poop Bags if unopened
Please note we reserve the right to partially accept or deny your refund if we receive back items that are not according to our policy.
Important: The use of our products and safety of the pet and handler is at the discretion and responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Just like human accessories, pet products are not indestructible. While we do our best to provide you with high-quality items, items are subject to wear and tear depending on the nature of your dog's behaviour and routine. We're always working towards improvement but we're not yet perfect! Unless an item arrives damaged, we are not able to offer a refund or replacement for products in worn condition.
