Exchanges & Returns Info

How do I exchange an item?

If you'd like a different size or colour, no problem! We offer free UK exchanges so you and your pup look and feel your best. To complete your exchange, please follow the directions below. 

Step 1:
Place an order for your new item (ie collar or harness only, not a full new set) so that you can receive it asap and compare it with the original item. 

Step 2:
Send back the original item (ie collar or harness only, please keep the remainder of your walk set) within 7 days of receiving the new item.

Create your free Royal Mail returns label here and take it to any post office. 

Step 3:
Once we receive back the original item, we’ll process a refund for the newly placed item. This ensures you still only pay the discounted item price if you built a set and/or used a discount code. 

How do I return an item?

We want you to love your Westley. If something isn't quite right, send it back to us within 30 days of ordering for a refund, minus a small cost of £3.95 for shipping.

Please help to make sure the item is in the same condition as you received it and with tags attached (this helps us reduce waste!).
