Free standard UK shipping on orders over £30.
While we do our best to have your order arrive as quickly as possible, shipping timeframes are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to bank holidays, delivery office issues, and other instances outside our control.
Please note preorder and backorder items are shipped separately in accordance to the date noted on their product page.
International
We currently ship to the UK, Europe, and US. If you have a special international request, please drop us as a line at hello@wearewestley.com and we'll see what we can do!

Orders may be subject to further import duties and tax, which must be paid by the customer in order to receive your package. These fees are not charged at checkout and you will be contacted by the appropriate courier after customs processing.
Unfortunately, due to ever changing country and courier regulations, we are unable to cover import fees.

Due to different country food regulations, treats are only sold within the UK.
Returns & Exchanges
Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and with tags attached (this helps us reduce waste!). For hygienic purposes, we can only accept returns of our Treats, Grooming Wipes and Poop Bags if unopened.
*Warehouse sale exception: Any sale items from our Perfectly Imperfect Warehouse Sale cannot be exchanged or returned. This is due to discontinued and mildly imperfect stock.
Disclaimer: The use of our products and safety of the pet and handler is at the discretion and responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Just like human accessories, pet products are not indestructible. While we do our best to provide you with high-quality items, items are subject to wear and tear depending on the nature of your dog's behaviour and routine. We're always working towards improvement but we're not yet perfect! Unless an item arrives damaged, we're not able to offer a refund for products in worn condition. We appreciate your support and understanding!

EXCHANGES
Worry-free guarantee: If you're unsure what size to get, order both and send one back with our free return label within 7 days of receipt. We'll automatically process a refund for the item you didn't keep once we receive it back. Create your free return label here.

RETURNS
We really hope you and your doggo love our products as much as we do, but if you're not satisfied then we will be happy to offer a return within 30 days of purchasing. Please note any original shipping charges paid for cannot be refunded.
Create your return label here. A small cost of £3.95 will be deducted from your final refund to help us cover return shipping and restocking.

Unfortunately free exchanges are not currently available to shipping addresses outside of the UK. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order and return your original one. Please note original shipping charges and any import fees cannot be refunded.
Customers are responsible for return postage and UK import fees. If we are contacted to pay return customs fees, it will be deducted from your refund and we will let you know by email.
