Safety of the animal using our product is our #1 priority. That’s why we work with qualified, specialised pet accessories factories - and finding these suppliers outside of China are few and far between. Even on the rare occasion we find one that is made “locally”, they actually still outsource the job to China and charge double the price. 

While we do not wish to pretend that China is a global poster child of sustainability, they are working towards a greener future through various environmental policies in place. They have strict protocols of how to dispose of materials and how much material to be produced at a time.  

We try and find a balance by having all of our packaging made locally and out of sustainable materials. In addition, we donate our sample & imperfect stock to trusted animal shelters to help reduce landfill waste.

Sustainability is a marathon, not a sprint, and we'll never stop looking for ways to improve the environmental impact of every product we make!
