If you'd like a different size or colour, no problem! We offer free UK exchanges so you and your pup look and feel your best. To complete your exchange, please follow the directions below.
*Warehouse sale exception: any sale items from our Perfectly Imperfect Warehouse Sale cannot be exchanged or returned (noted on each product page). This is due to discontinued and mildly imperfect stock.
STEP 1
Place an order for your new item (ie collar or harness only, not a full new set) so that you can receive it asap and compare it with your original one. Please do not apply any discounts to this order as this is the one that gets refunded.
STEP 2
Send back the original item (ie collar or harness only, please keep the remainder of your walk set) within 7 days of receiving the new item. Create your free Royal Mail returns label here.
STEP 3
Once we receive back the original item, we’ll process a refund for the newly placed item. This ensures you still only pay the discounted item price if you built a set and/or used a discount code.
